Processing Fee and Payments

For Book/Chapter Authors

Currently World Biologica does NOT CHARGE any publication fee or APC for contributing to any of our books with other publishers including Springer Nature, Elsevier, IGI Global, Taylor and Francis or alike.

 
For Journal Authors

There are no submission, publication or review charges for publishing in our journals.

All articles published in our journals are open access and freely available online, immediately upon publication. This is made possible by an Article Processing Charge (APC) that covers the range of publishing services we provide. This includes provision of online tools for editors and authors, typesetting/copyediting, proofreading tools, article production and hosting, liaison with abstracting and indexing services, Digital Object Identifier (DOI) and customer services. The APC, payable only when your manuscript is editorially accepted, is charged to either you, or your funder, institution or employer as follows;

Indian authors: 1500 INR (with eCertificate for each author)
*Hard Copy of the publication certificate available at 500 INR per author. See details below

Other Nation authors: 39 USD

The above charges are covering the online publication of one entire research paper with a maximum of 7 authors, word count of < 8000, figures/illustrations < 5, tables < 3. Papers exceeding these specifications shall be chraged extra accordingly.

 
For Hard Copy of the Publication Certificate

If you require Hard Copy of the Publication Certificate, please pay 500 INR (20 USD for other nationals) per author per certificate and email us at editor@worldbiologica.com with the below items:

  1. Payment Proof
  2. Published Paper URL
  3. Author(s) Full Name
  4. Postal Address for dispatching the certificate (with house/street/lane number, area/locality, town/village, city, district, state, pin code, mobile number)
