Dr. Mina Shyam Rai
Dr. Mina Shyam Rai, M.Sc., B.Ed., Ph.D., is a distinguished academician in the field of teaching since 2003, with academic expertise in Plant Science and a doctorate focused on medicinal plants. Her Ph.D. research explored the therapeutic potential, traditional applications, and chemical properties of plant-based compounds, contributing valuable insights to the growing field of phytochemical studies. She currently serves as a senior faculty member at S.K. Somaiya Vinay Mandir, Mumbai, and is widely respected for her dedication to education, ecological preservation, and scientific research. In addition, Dr. Rai is a Research Co-Guide at Shri JJT University, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan. Her research papers have been published in reputed journals, and she has delivered scholarly presentations at various conferences. She is actively involved in numerous national and international conferences, seminars, webinars, faculty development programs, and workshops, reflecting her ongoing commitment to academic excellence and professional growth. Dr. Rai currently serves as a Moderator for the H.S.C. Board, where she upholds academic standards and ensures assessment integrity in higher secondary education. She also participated in the Tree Census Project undertaken by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), contributing her botanical expertise to urban ecological preservation and sustainable green planning. Her key areas of interest include biodiversity conservation, ecological sustainability, environmental education, urban greenery, and medicinal botany. She strongly advocates for bridging scientific research with community engagement, especially through student-led environmental and awareness programs. Dr. Rai has authored this book as part of her enduring mission to translate scholarly research into accessible knowledge that addresses real-world environmental and health concerns. Her writing is known for its clarity, practical application, and a strong vision for a sustainable future. Dr. Javid Manzoor
Dr. Javid Manzoor is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Environmental Science, Shri JJT University, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan India. He has obtained his Master’s degree and doctorate from Jiwaji University, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India. He has five years of teaching experience. He is a permanent member of people for animal. His areas of interest include Environmental pollution, Environmental monitoring and assessment. He has published research papers and book chapters in various national and international journals with impact factor. He has been working as editorial board member and reviewer of various national and international journals.
Dr. Dinesh Kumar Singh
Dr. Dinesh Kumar Singh currently working as the Research Coordinator cum Professor at the Institute of Bio Sciences, Shri JJT University, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan, India. A distinguished botanist specializing in Nematology, Dr. Singh has made significant contributions to the study of Root-knot nematodes. He earned both his Master’s degree and doctorate from Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra, Uttar Pradesh, where he also pursued and completed LL.B. degree in 2008, showcasing his diverse academic interests. Dr. Singh has published various research papers and book chapters in reputed national and international journals. His work has been featured in several global conferences, earning him recognition in the scientific community. Beyond academia, Dr. Singh has actively contributed to social causes. He is the Ex-President of Jan Jagatri Manch, U.P., and the Ex-Secretary of the Research Scholar Association of D.S. College, Aligarh. As the Founder President of the B.Ed. Unemployed Struggle Association, U.P., he has been a passionate advocate for educational reforms and youth empowerment. As a dedicated mentor, he has guided numerous research scholars to successfully earn their doctorate. Dr. Singh is proficient in computer applications such as MS Word and MS Excel and actively utilizes the internet for research and collaboration.
